County Squad

Maximum squad size = 30

Aim = To improve technical ability on all strokes

To develop starts and turns

To introduce swimmers to Galas (Barnsley Minor League/Lincs. Junior League)

To work towards County Qualifying Times

Criteria =

• Age 8 – 11 year
• Attend 3 to 4 sessions/week
• Swimmers chosen for squad in conjunction with Otters Coach & learn to swim
