District Squad

Maximum squad size = 20

Aim = To improve technical ability on all strokes

To progress swimmers to achieve District times and make finals

To prepare swimmers for the Junior National Squad

Criteria =

• Swimmers must be 9 yrs or older
• Must have County Qualifying Time on Front Crawl and 1 other stroke
• Attend 5 sessions per week
• Sunday Session is compulsory
• Maintain up-to-date log book and hand in every Monday
• Only compete in competition as directed by coaching staff
