Aim of Squad: Everyone to achieve a County and District qualifying
time.
Squad Criteria:

Ages 8 to 12 within that swimming year. Exceptions by Head
and Squad Coaches.
·
Attendance of 80%
or above every month, see note below.
·
11+ compulsory sessions Mon PM, Tues AM, Sat AM, no training
on Sunday PM
·
8 & 9 yr olds, compulsory session Sunday PM skill
session.
·
Landtraining is not optional
·
Must compete in competitions directed by coaching staff.
·
Keep an up to date log book.
·
Must have a positive
attitude to training and competitions and a willingness to learn and improve.
·
Emphasis on becoming a good 400IM swimmer perfecting skills
and technique.
·
Any moves or places in this squad are down to the coaches’ discretion.

Swimmers in this squad will be
advised by Squad Coaches which sessions they are able to attend depending on
age and ability
Fees: £49.00 per calendar month
