Aim of Squad: Everyone to achieve
County and District times.
Squad Criteria:

Swimmers must be 13 years or
older.
·
Must have a County time or close
to.
·
Attendance of 85% or
above each month (excluding morning sessions).
·
Must compete in competitions
directed by coaching staff.
·
Good all round technical ability.
·
Positive attitude to training and
competition, doing everything that you are told.
·
Train hard and correctly, best
efforts at all times and follow session as instructed, hitting any targets
given.
·
Any squad moves regarding this
squad are at the Head Coaches/Squad Coach discretion.
