MAIN DUTIES

 

1.      Liase with the Committee/Social Committee and Chief Coach as to suitable dates for social events

 

2.      After discussion and meetings with the Social Committee advise of events to take advise Committee of events to take place

 

3.      To enquire as to cost of facilities and make bookings for events – liase with Club Treasure regarding payment

 

4.      Publicise events taking place and inform members and their families of event and cost of attending

 

5.      To purchase raffle prices/tickets/selection boxes etc if required.

 

6.      To follow and promote the ASA Child Protection policy & ASA Code of Ethics
