Aim of Squad: To bridge the gap from Otter to Potential Squad
Squad Criteria:

Ages 8 to 11.
·
Attendance of 80%
or above every month.
·
Must compete in competitions directed by coaching staff.
·
Must have a positive attitude to training and competitions
and a willingness to learn and improve.
·
Emphasis on becoming a good 400IM swimmer, perfecting skills
and technique and introduction to Open Meets.
·
Any moves or bridging sessions with Potential are down to
the coaches discretion.

Tuesday pm 5.00 – 6.00pm Whitgift
Thursday pm 6.15 – 7.00pm Havelock
Friday pm 5.00 – 6.30pm Whitgift
Friday Land Session 6.45
– 7.30pm Whitigift
Saturday am 7.45 – 8.45pm
Havelock
Sunday pm 4.00 - 5.30pm Scartho
Fees: £40.00 per calendar month
