Essential Training Equipment

All swimmers in Competitive Squads should have

Kickboard,  Pull Buoy,  Swim Fins,  Drink Bottle, Spare Hat/Goggles, Hand Paddles, Bands, Asthma inhaler - if required & Net Bag to keep above kit in.
