All swimmers should make sure their name is ticked on the register before entering the water. No jewellery is to be worn during sessions. Tie hair back, and preferably wear a swim cap. . Do not block exits with swim bags. Always walk on poolside Listen to the lifeguards When the whistle is heard 3 times clear the pool BE READY FOR THE START OF YOUR SESSION If late, you may be refused entry to the session, this is in the interests of safety, as the warm-up may have already finished
