Training Parents Guidelines Swimmers - Discipline Learn to swim with Our main club Squads are split into seven different groups all with their own training times and criteria's. The Chief Coach regularly reviews how the swimmers are progressing with other poolside coaching staff. Changes are made at set times, when swimmers are informed of their squad. The Squads are as follows: Please click on each squad to see session times and criteria BE READY FOR THE START OF YOUR SESSION If late, you may be refused entry to the session, this is in the interests of safety, as the warm-up may have already finished Prior to any squad movements parents and swimmers will be consulted to ensure that they are able to comply with the squad criteria. Should you not be able to commit to the required criteria we will find a more suitable squad for you to train in. Morning training sessions are NOT compulsory until a swimmer reaches the Junior National Squad.
